Two Bedrooms and two bathrooms with an additional bunk room makes this condo unit the ultimate family get-away! This condo gives families and guests a separate place to visit and relax while the little one's nap behind closed doors. The unit has one king bed in the master bedroom with on-suite bathroom, one queen bedroom, a twin over twin bunk bedroom, and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the common space living room. MAX occupancy is 8 people. The full-sized stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen include a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and oven. The kitchen comes fully equipped with basic necessities like pots, pans, coffee mugs, glasses, silverware etc.

Other Things To Know:

-Parking passes are $40 per vehicle and will need to be purchased via link sent via confirmation email or booking platform.

-(8 Wristbands are provided in the unit upon check-in. They will need to be placed back into basket/on the kitchen counter upon departure for future guest use. They are $3 dollars apiece and can be purchased at the HOA office on L5, if lost. The HOA will replace them for free if they are accidentally broken.)
