During normal business hours (9am-5pm), please stop by the front desk to check in. If you plan to arrive after 5pm, please tell us, and we will give you after-hours instructions.
Our staff will provide you with:
-Wristbands (to be worn while on property, they cannot be loosened once tighten)
-Parking passes (one pass for the main garage (blue) and one for the overflow lot next to the building (orange).
-We provide a complimentary set of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, and shampoo.

Please Note: The building security is managed by a separate company and enforces the building policies. The list of building policies can be found on the welcome packet, which will be provided upon check-in as well as the beach flag system and WIFI information.

by KennethWe had a great time on our little anniversary trip! Everything was just like described; clean, and comfortable. Beach access was simple, just right across the street, and there’s a crosswalk right in front of the building. Still have a great view of the beach, even though it’s across the street. We walked to Sharky’s, which is also just across the street, and were able to get some breakfast & coffee from the little shop on the first floor. Only a mile from Pier Park, which was a quick Uber ride. All in all, a great place to stay!
