During normal business hours (9am-5pm), please stop by the front desk to check in. If you plan to arrive after 5pm, please tell us, and we will give you after-hours instructions.

Our staff will provide you with:

-Wristbands (to be worn while on property, they cannot be loosened once tighten)

-Parking passes (one pass for the main garage (blue) and one for the overflow lot next to the building (orange).

-We provide a complimentary set of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, and shampoo.

Great Stay!

This was the first time in many years that we stayed in Panama City. We usually go to St. Augustine. We were scheduled to go on a cruise this past weekend but it was canceled due to Milton and its fury. We booked the condo at the last minute. Kami got back to us pretty quickly so we made our plans to go. Many times the pictures do not tell the true story. Kami’s condo was spot on. Great place, felt safe, elevator was very convenient. Security guard was there. Sharkys was right across the road. The beach access was easy. The view was stellar. We would like to go again sometime.
