A 500 dollar refundable security deposit is required, or you may choose to purchase the 55 dollar damage insurance instead

Two Bedrooms and two bathrooms with an additional bunk room makes this condo unit the ultimate family get-away! This condo gives families and guests a separate place to visit and relax while the little one's nap behind closed doors. The unit has one king bed in the master bedroom with on-suite bathroom, which features a gorgeous jacuzzi soaker tub.
The second bedroom is also a king, as well as a twin over twin bunk bedroom, and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the common space living room. MAX occupancy is 8 people.

The full-sized stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen include a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and oven. The kitchen comes fully equipped with basic necessities like pots, pans, coffee mugs, glasses, silverware etc.

Other Things to Know:

-Parking passes are 55 dollars per vehicle and will need to be purchased via link sent via confirmation email or booking platform.

-Wristbands (8) are provided for each guest, they are 5.00 dollars to be replaced if broken or misplaced. They are not souvenirs and must be left behind at departure.
