Emerald Beach Resort 1133 - Beachfront with Breathtaking Views

Welcome to our stunning beachfront condo, located in the beautiful Emerald Beach Resort in PCB!

Our condo offers guests an unforgettable vacation experience, with breathtaking views of the emerald, green waters and white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. With a prime location directly on the beach, guests can enjoy easy access to the beach and all the exciting water activities. The condo is a spacious and modern 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

1. The Wi-Fi is emeraldbeach-guest.encowifi and password is 42421772

2. Please keep the balcony door closed when the air is on. Due to the high humidity near the beach, if the balcony door is left open, the A/C will automatically shut down. This requires a technician to reset and can take several hours for the AC to start to work again.

3. No Carts allowed inside. Don't forget to return your carts to where you got them to prevent a fine from the building.

4. As a reminder there's no smoking or vaping of any kind in the room or the balcony! There is a 500 dollar fine for any evidence of smoke.

5. The resort parking passes will be in a basket on the kitchen countertop. Please take one and fill in your information.
Please Park in the garage - Code will be provided upon check-in.

6. You’ll find six (6) purple wristbands in the same basket as the parking passes. Please wear them at all times while at the resort. When checking out, please return all wristbands to the basket—they are not souvenirs.
The condo association charges 25 dollar per missing band.

7. Please do not use unit towels at pool or beach.

8. The trash can be taken to the trash chute next to the elevators. Please do not put oversized items in the trash chute or leave oversized trash items in the chute room.

9. HOA does not allow pets. There is a 500 dollar fine for evidence of pets on premises.
