During normal business hours (9am-5pm), please stop by the front desk to check in. If you plan to arrive after 5pm, please tell us, and we will give you after-hours instructions.
Our staff will provide you with:
-Wristbands (to be worn while on property, they cannot be loosened once tighten)
-Parking passes (one pass for the main garage (blue) and one for the overflow lot next to the building (orange).
-We provide a complimentary set of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, and shampoo.

Most units have a washer and dryer, if your unit does not have a washer and dryer, please use coin operated laundry on the first floor as needed.
Please Note: The building security is managed by a separate company and enforces the building policies. The list of building policies can be found on the welcome packet, which will be provided upon check-in as well as the beach flag system and WIFI information

by MolleyKami’s place was perfect for me, my boyfriend and two friends for our week of spring break. This place is in a great location, and we loved getting to spend lots of time at the beach just right across the Condo. Kami sent me informative messages hours prior to checking in and hours before checking out, and made both checking in and out processes very simple. We all loved our stay and will definitely be considering rebooking in the future.
