The unit has one king bed in the master bedroom with on-suite bathroom, and a full size kids bedroom, and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the common space living room. MAX occupancy is 6 people. The full-sized stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen include a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, with a sleek black glass top oven.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with basic necessities like pots, pans, coffee mugs, glasses, silverware etc.

Other Things to Know:

-Parking passes are 55 Dollars per vehicle and will need to be purchased via link below.

-(6 Wristbands are provided in the unit upon check-in. They will need to be placed back into basket/on the kitchen counter upon departure for future guest use. They are 5 dollars apiece and can be purchased at the HOA office on L5, if lost. The HOA will replace them for free if they are accidentally broken.)

A 500 dollars refundable security deposit is required, or you may choose to purchase the 55 dolars damage insurance instead
